Richness in Diversity
Richness in Diversity was a KA2 strategic partnership between SwIdeas (Sweden), Youth Union of People with Initiative (Portugal) and Crossing Borders (Denmark) co-funded by ERASMUS+.
The project aimed to develop new diversity perspectives and strategies for social inclusion among the partner organisations and to build the capacity of young immigrants from diverse backgrounds in diversity and project management. The partners compiled an e-booklet on best practices for project management focusing on diversity and integration. This put it into practice through the training and mentorship of youth participants to develop a collaborative project that addresses the obstacles young immigrants face in European societies today. The project aimed to create a more positive image of immigration in Europe and empower youth to actively challenge the difficulties they face as immigrants.
