AI-Enhanced Learning Cookbook for Empowering Migrants (“AI Cookbook”)

Timeframe: 1.11.2024-28.02.2027

The "AI Cookbook" project seeks to harness the potential of artificial intelligence (AI) to enhance adult education, particularly for migrant learners. Recognizing that educators may mistrust AI due to concerns about replacing human elements in teaching, this project uses a food-related metaphor to simplify and encourage the understanding and adoption of AI tools in educational contexts.

Project Objectives

Objective 1

Creating an "AI Cookbook" designed to support educators in migrant education.

Objective 2

Developing frameworks and guidelines for integrating AI into teaching, including assessing how these methods can be adapted across other sectors.

Objective 3

Promoting the ethical use of AI to ensure sustainable improvements in education.

Objective 4

Disseminating the project's outcomes widely to encourage broader adoption and positive perceptions of AI in education.
