Effective Linguistic and Cultural Integration of Immigrants in Europe (ALL IN)

ALL IN is a KA2 Strategic Partnership co-funded by the Erasmus+ of the European Union. The project seeks to offer a solution to the widespread problem of social inclusion of immigrants and refugees for the benefit of both the host societies and the immigrants themselves. Supporting educators and individuals in acquiring and developing basic skills and key competences, ALL IN is likely to promote sustainable and enduring positive impacts for language and culture teachers; immigrant and refugee language and culture students in the process of integration; institutions that offer language and training courses to adult immigrants and refugees; and members of the host society. In order to achieve the major goal of effective social inclusion, ALL IN will focus on the development of training courses for language and culture teachers on how to assist students to reach social inclusion; the elaboration of a manual that will help teachers and stakeholders to make language and culture programmes more effective for immigrants and refugees; and the creation of a YouTube documentary in which immigrants and refugees can share their successful stories in order to help tackling discrimination as well as fake news.

ALL IN is led by the German organization Kirchner Management in partnership with SwIdeas from Sweden, GrowthCoop and Babel Idiomas from Spain, COMPASS from Austria, and the Center for promoting lifelong learning (CPIP) from Romania.
