Our Concept
SwIdeas expertise resides on the capacity to enable learning and development within its community, partners, clients, businesses, organisations and stakeholders. Through applied research, informal, non-formal & formal education and awareness raising initiatives, SwIdeas contributes to enhancing their competences within a wide range of thematic areas that possess an ultimate common purpose - building a more inclusive, resilient and sustainable society.
To achieve this, SwIdeas has forged 2 units, the Community Development Unit and the Business Unit. Besides, we provide programs and courses that are customized and tailored to the learners’ needs and interests.

Our Community
SwIdeas partners are small and medium-sized enterprises, NGOs, civil society, communities of practice, involved stakeholders, and the public sector in Sweden, Europe and internationally. SwIdeas focuses on helping partners to facilitate development, manage change, maintain progress and improve the effectiveness of development assistance – for both community development and business development. Our commitment and work will result in improved local capacities, enhanced opportunities and sustainable communities.
Business Development Unit
The Business Development Unit focuses on providing consultancy, advisory and other services to help you in evaluating, or launching or developing your operational capacity, to support responsible business development and innovation, and to give a hand in project management. Being specialised in international, social and sustainable development, we can support you in:
developing a business model that is socially and environmentally responsible, including the development of an ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) strategy
implementing new and innovative practices into your organisation that enhance its environmental and/or social impact
supporting you in developing resilient project management strategies
training your team to enhance soft skills such as leadership, teamwork, communication, presentation, etc. through our Programs and Courses.
